Carbon Steel Coil Rolled/ Hot Rolled Ms Carbon Steel Coils

Hot-rolled carbon steel coils are produced by rolling steel billets at high temperatures, featuring relatively rough surfaces, mill scale, and lower prices. They are mainly used in construction structures, steel pipe manufacturing, containers, mechanical equipment, automobile chassis, railway vehicles, shipbuilding and other industrial fields. Due to its cost advantages and good mechanical properties, it is one of the most widely used steel products in industrial production.

Cold-rolled carbon steel coils are produced by pickling and rolling hot-rolled steel sheets or strips at room temperature. Cold-rolled steel coils have smooth surfaces, precise dimensions, high strength, and good formability, and are often used in precision components such as household appliance casings and automobile bodies.

We have a large workshop on Mingfa Road in Jinan, specializing in plate uncoiling and leveling We have introduced a 24-roller fully intelligent leveling machine, offering coil processing services for steel sheets with thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 20mm and widths between 1.25 meters and 2 meters. The processed sheet surfaces are smooth, and the diagonal accuracy can be controlled within 5mm. In 2023, we independently developed an automatic blanking device, solving the issues of surface friction and edge scratches, and obtained national patent certification for this technology.
